I’ve spent more than 17 years helping businesses turn marketing into measurable commercial growth.
My career began in 2009 as an independent digital marketing consultant, before founding and scaling my own agencies and progressing into senior marketing leadership. Along the way, I’ve worked across everything from hands-on paid acquisition to building marketing teams, developing growth strategies and helping scale businesses into multi-million-pound operations.
That experience led to the creation of Tomlinson Consultancy — bringing together strategic thinking, deep digital expertise and first-hand experience of what it actually takes to grow a business.
